Dein deutscher Satz, Sara, würde so wohl nicht von einem Muttersprachler gesagt werden.

Er sollte lauten: Kaufst du Kleidungsstücke lieber mit oder ohne Kapuze?

Änderst Du bitte?

Der englische Satz entspricht schon diesem Satzmuster.

Es ist kein korrekter idiomatischer deutscher Satz, Sara.

Man versteht zwar was gemeint ist, aber es ist Infinitivsprache.
So sprechen kleine Kinder oder Leute, die erst die Sprache lernen.

Beispiel Kindersprache: Auch eine Tomate haben.

Das gehört eigentlich nicht hierher.
