Actually, something has been omitted from the sentence:
你看你,吃得滿嘴都是 [...] 了。
What that thing is depends on the context. For example, if the "你" in the sentence is eating an apple, the complete sentence would probably be:
你看你,吃得滿嘴都是蘋果汁了。
The omission may make the sentence look a bit "ungrammatical", but it's a widely accepted way of expressing the idea in casual everyday speech.
