Not sure if the translation really matches. (in fact, all translations from German)

The German sentence means: We request a copy be provided to the office. ("dem" Amt)
("We" - this is probably the office itself talking in Amtsdeutsch: We want a copy)

Would this be possible: We request the central administative task office be provided a copy in such cases in the future ?
