nein, in Ö ist es das Gulasch.
Was mir noch auffällt: "gewürzt" ist für mich ein neutraler Begriff, es wäre ja kaum denkbar, dass das Gulasch nicht gewürzt ist, und ich hätte "scharf gewürzt" erwartet.

Du hast recht. Ich ändere meinen ersten Kommentar. Der ist vielleicht auch nicht überzeugend. Aber bis mir was Besseres einfällt, lass ich's mal so.

(Und in der deutschen Küche ist es auch der Risotto und bei Euch das Risotto - und ich muss gestehen, dass mir die Gerichte im Neutrum betrachtet viel besser schmecken. Das soll jetzt mal einer erklären, warum.)
