
Usually, one would say "Does it not happen to any teachers?"
However, you could leave this as it is, as long as you remove the space before the question mark. :-)

I take it that both questions are right as English sentences (given I suppress that bloody extra space), and as they mean the same things, I'll add the one you suggested as an alternative.

@CK: It depends on the intended feeling. It's much more emphatic without the contraction, which seems to be more similar to this sentence.
