En français, on appelle ça des "avantages extra-légaux", comme par exemple la possibilité de défalquer des frais, ou de disposer d'une voiture de fonction, en plus de sa rémunération...
Ce sont donc des "à-côté"...

bon, en tout cas, je préfère me référer à ce terme fixe existant "friend with benefits" et je ne vois pas de problèmes avec ça - toi?

ben je trouve l'expression "with benefits" pas très belle et pas assez fine. Enfin tant pis.
