Is it correct?

I think it should use the present tense:
Her face reflects disgust and sadness, rather than anger.

The Spanish sentence says "Her face reflects indignation and sadness instead of anger"

Hi CK,
I believe the Spanish sentence is using the present tense as odexed's translation suggests. The verb refleja is the present tense 3rd person singular for of the Spanish verb reflejar.
