Ne. Ne temas pri «pli forta». La vorto "komplika" havas tutan alian signifon. Ĝi signifas pli-malpli «kiu kaŭzas malsimplecon», kiu ne taŭgas en tiu frazo. Estas fakte preskaŭ ĉiam misuzata. Legu la informon en PMEG:

Kara Esperantostern por traduki la germanan vorton "kompliziert" taŭgas "komplikita". La supran frazon mi trafukas per
"Gramatiko estas io tre komplikita." (Se temas pri la gramatiko de iu lingvo. Se temas pri la gramatiko ĝenerale "La gramatiko ...".)
