Aber ich habe hier so schöne Apostrophe! <Stellt eine Schüssel voller wunderschöner Apostrophe auf einen Tisch neben dem Satz.>

Vielleicht besser mit Doppelpunkt (oder Gedankenstrich):

Sicher. Allem Anschein nach kommt "habens" aber aus Döblins literarischer Werkstatt. Da sollte man vielleicht nichts antasten.

Stillschweigende Anpassungen der Orthographie sind ja durchaus üblich. Man denke an die ganzen Literaturzitate.
