Der erste Gedankenstrich kennzeichnet den (erzwungenen) Abbruch der Rede, der zweite den Wechsel des Sprechers, s. bspw. https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/H...Gedankenstrich (Gedankenstrich als Auslassungszeichen).
