Regarding the English translations, do you mean

Those who have long hair own a blow dryer.

I am unfamiliar with the activity of blow drying a single hair.

I am equally as unfamiliar with the spelling of

hairdrier

Hair dryer, yes, but not hairdrier.

I also do not see any instances of blow dryer spelled with a hyphen.

Just trying to be helpful,
A native speaker of English

The owner of this sentence has email disabled, and according to the log files hasn't contributed since 2013-11-28 22:47.

Even if the non-countable noun problem were to be fixed, and the spelling error on the other sentence were fixed, this sentence would still sound a bit strange to me. The implication is everybody who has long hair owns a hair dryer, so we would more naturally say, "Everyone who has long hair owns ....", I think, if that's what we meant.

There is also sort of a disagreement between a plural subject, but a singular direct object.
