Yes, "darcedra" is ambiguous and should be fixed.
"lo pu zu xarci" can certainly mean weapons of ancient times. But we probably want a brivla for "ancient". I'm thinking of "pruda'o" from "purci darno", which is a brivla equivlant of "pu zu".

Wouldn't "darpru" be better? I'd say it's more of a "distant type of past thing" than a "past type of distant thing". I think there is a lot of overlap in tanru/lujvo ordering, so I guess either way is fine.
