"Eines Tages hatte sich Natsume Sōseki in London verirrt."

Man kann sich streiten, wie man den Namen transkribiert. Die Variante mit ou ist (standardsprachlich) eher ungebräuchlich, da nicht jeder weiß, daß das ein langes o ist, und das Lesen so erschwert wird.

Wie dem auch sei — ich glaube, man sollte besser sagen, daß er sich verirrt hatte, nicht, daß er verloren war.
