There was a "tab" character at the beggining of the sentence. Since it was a simple technical problem, I deleted it.

➜ #13206429古代人因群居而導致混亂，因此才需要統治者。所以天下安定時需要統治者，是為了治理社會。如今有君主而無法律，這樣的危害相當於沒有君主；有法律但無法控制混亂，這樣就相當於沒有法律。
