Cuando uno apuesta todo lo que le queda en una partida de póker, él o ella dice "all in" en inglés ("tapis" en francés) así que se sabe que no le quedan ni unas fichas más.

de hecho, pusé la etiqueta sobre la frase inglesa despues de que fuera traducida al castellano. pero bueno, el "póker" es lo en que estaba pensando cuando añadi "all in". ¿A lo mejor podemos dejar esta frase cuanto mas que parece corresponder la traduccion?

He estado investigando y creo que no, "todo incluido" no se refiere a póker, quiere decir que en un hotel, gimnasio, ... todos los servicios están incluidos en el precio.

All in se diría como "apostarlo todo", o "hacer un all-in".
