Mi ne komprenas kial "pri" estas pli bona ol "de", ĉi tie...
"pri" ŝajnas al mi indiki la temon aŭ la rilaton de la kulpo, sed tio ne pritraktas "temon" sed kulpon...Kulpo ne estas "rilato" al krimo...

"kulpa pri io" kaj "kulpa je io" estas la du eblecoj. Mi ne inventis tion, la lingvo estas tia.
