Según la R.A.E. ., "tomar" en el sentido de ingerir bebidas alcohólicas, usado intransitivamente, es correcto, pero propio de América y Guinea. No es español estándar. Sí lo son las otras dos traducciones aquí presentes: "No bebo alcohol".
"Yo no bebo".
