In practice, this means you can add two sentences instead of this one:

On je opilý.
Je opilý.

Or just one of those, but please don't use annotations like (On) je opilý.

No response for a few months - I've changed it to "Je opilý."

I've added tag "needs native check" and appreciate a native speaker of Czech to confirm it's correct.
