Why, what is wrong with "on"?
I already saw this wording ("... to page") here, in Tatoeba...

But my English teacher at the high school, who was from the Canary Islands and spoke British English, always used to say "Open your books on page...".

I read the page you referred me to. Its contents, together with what you said, convinced me. I changed it to "to".
