Yes, I agree. I didn't want to add either periods or semicolons, because the propositions are rather short, and a bigger pause by adding either periods or semicolons would make these separate sentences somewhat tiresome to read.

No, noses and tongues would not be necessary here (I believe). The first two or three organs appear in the plural here because we each have two of them :)

BTW, CK, so is the Latin, from which I translated. The dual organs appear in the plural, while the others - in the singular. And yet, the verbs are all conjugated for "we", first person plural.
