Can ‘keep warm’ only mean ‘keep (yourself) warm’ out of context or can it refer to other objects as well? (I’m asking because this sentence has Russian translations with both meanings.)
Normally if we're talking about keeping something else warm, we'd use a sentence like the following.
Keep it warm.
