I doubt that "Ça m’étonnerait que quiconque se fasse la malle" is equivalent to "No one is to leave".

@CK: Apart from "No one is allowed to leave", can this also be taken as "No one is about to leave"? Most translations that I can understand are about the latter.

I don't think so. I would never use it to mean that, and I don't think I've heard this said by anyone with that in mind.

the Spanish ones can mean both. We could use them as indirect orders, so I wouldn't unlink them.
