I don't think 悩ましげ means "desirable"; more "yearning; languishing; desiring". That's what's in the Kenkyusha 新和英大辞典第5版.

悩ましい does mean sexy, seductive: 悩ましい女性 a seductive woman Genius has: 豊満な胸の悩ましい金髪女 a voluptuous blonde with full breasts.
Here's one of the first examples I found on google for 悩ましげな姿 : http://news.livedoor.com/article/detail/3928085/
Seems to suggest seductive, sexy.

Of course 悩ましい means sexy, etc. It's 悩ましげ that's the issue.
GG5 shows it has having a different meaning:
"悩ましげな 〔思い悩んでいるような〕 yearning; languishing; desiring."
JWN has "teasing", with the explanation: "満たすつもりはなく性欲を引き出す" "arousing sexual desire without intending to satisfy it".

After some thought, I have proposed another JMdict sense for 悩ましげ: "teasing; titillating; sexually provocative", so I have amended this one to match that.

Great. Normally なやましげ should also have all the meanings of なやましい since it's just the -げ construction.
