J'aime bien cette phrase, mais malheureusement, il faut ajouter un 'se' pour que ca corresponde à la phrase anglaise...

"Il ne viendra pas travailler au bureau" n'est pas une bonne traduction de "he can't come to the office" : la phrase française ne précise pas qu'il est dans l'incapacité de venir, uniquement qu'il ne peut pas.

D'autre part, la phrase française ajoute que la personne vient "travailler" au bureau et cette notion de travail n'existe pas dans la phrase originale.

je suggère: "Il ne peut pas venir au bureau"
