The seat of the Dutch government is The Hague/Den Haag/La Haye, so I don't know what Wikipedia names a "capital city" that doesn't host the government. It doesn't define it, apparently...

Yes, I read that. The Netherlands are one of the only four cases where the "capital" is not the seat of the government, but then, I don't understand what "capital" means in this case, really...
What I know is, everytime you hear news from The Netherlands in the media, they always say "The Hague has decided this, and The Hague will agree to that, and so on...". Never has Amsterdam any other role than that of a large and touristic city, of which there are thousands in the world that are not capital cities...
The concept of a "capital" that has no political power is really beyond me, whatever...
