Das gilt nur, wenn die Rede kein Satzzeichen hat. Da hier ein Ausrufezeichen steht, ist es ohne Komma korrekt.

Legt Tatoeba eigentlich Wert auf korrekte Anführungszeichen? Dann wäre es „“.

" und " sind anführungszeichen in schreibmaschinenschrift, also zumindest auch schreibbar. ich wüsste spontan garnicht, wo (wenn überhaupt) auf meiner tastatur „ und “ sind.

Ist das neue Rechtschreibung? Dann will ich nichts gesagt haben. Ich hab's anders gelernt und in älterer Literatur wird es auch ohne Kommata geschrieben.

„ und “ sind auf der Standardtastatur auch nicht drauf. Korrekt sind sie trotzdem. " hat sich nur eingebürgert, weil mehr Leute das Problem mit der nicht besonders clever designten Standardtastatur haben ;-) (Bei Word zum Beispiel gehört es zur Autokorrektur, dass " am Wortanfang zu „ und am Wortende zu “ korrigiert wird.)
