纸容易着火。

这里用“容易”比较合适。“很好”用在这些场合：
这支笔很好用。 The pencil writes well.

篝火的时候呢？

比如说：

－“我们该用什么东西做火媒？”
－“用这些报纸吧，纸很好着火。”

可不可以？

可以是可以，只是听着别扭。

语言很多时候讲的是习惯。很多语法正确的句子未必说该语言的人习惯用的。而且随着时间流逝，习惯也会改变。
