The tags should be in English - according to the guidelines. - http://en.wiki.tatoeba.org/articles/show/tags#
Would you mind translating this tag into English?

Done.

@cueyayotl - we would have to remove the tag that is in Chinese also.

I suppose if we must. Done.

That's a good idea! Fortunately, there was only one sentence with that tag, though.

Yes, it was. I'm planning to schematize tags with @alexmarcelo and so, have better tags and also get them translated. I'll post about it in the following days.

I'm thinking about this too. Since few people used tags in a languages that were not English and that we it may take some time to have tags translated, we don't need to get too worried. However, I'm keeping with myself the name of the users who did it in order to credit them. :D

It's perhaps a minor detail, but the tag numbers are sequential, so anyone who wants to easily research which tags were added first, will be confused if you delete a tag and replace it with a newer tag.
It also now appears that cueyayotl was the one who tagged this sentence, so we don't know who originally tagged it.

We can find this data in last week's export, but in future exports, this data will have been lost.
It's also likely that tatoeba.org's database is not set up to maintain this historical data.
