For standard American English,
From: "You gonna see me change."
to: "You're gonna see me change."
(Although in African American Vernacular English, "You gonna..." is correct.)
...And of course in standard English:
"You're going to see me change."

Should I tag it "African American Vernacular English"?

Judging from other sentences contributed by Zaphod, my guess is his native language isn't English and that this is more likely accidental than on purpose.
I'd suggest that this be changed to one of the following. It's more likely to be a useful sentence example for people studying English. The meaning of the other can easily be guessed.
You will see me change.
You're gonna see me change.
You're going to see me change.
