"Ties" ne eblas en tiu ĉi frazo. "Ties" ja signifas "de tiu", sed en alia senco: "Ties domo" signifas ne "de tiu domo", sed "domo de tiu" (do, ofte "lia domo"), tamen ne temas pri la domo de iu, sed nur pri "tiu (ĉi) domo".

Sed tiu traduko jam ekzistas... do, kion fari?

Mi havas ideon, ĉar la ĝusta traduko ja jam ekzistas:

"Ĉu vi estas la proprietulo de tiu ĉi domo?"

Vi konas la regulon pri la 14 tagoj. Ĉu vi ŝanĝos la frazon, aŭ ĉu vi volas atendi min?
