On inverserait plutôt « beaucoup » et « travaillé »
Ta phrase est correcte, cependant elle "sonne" comme si c'était un étranger qui la dit.

En général, dans le passé composé, l'adverbe vient entre l'auxiliaire et le participe :

J'ai bien fait
J'ai trop travaillé
J'ai beaucoup donné
Je suis complètement exténué
Je suis vraiment épuisé
J'ai peu mangé
...

Il y a sans doute des exceptions mais je ne les ai pas en tête...

Même s'il y a 2 adverbes, pour marquer une insistance par exemple, ils restent avant le participe :

J'ai vraiment beaucoup travaillé cette semaine.
J'ai très peu mangé à midi.
