About "supa tawa telo", did you mean "a surface for water"? Ku does have "supa" for "level" and "surface", but also "supa tawa" for "cart"... Ku translations for "bridge" are "nasin sewi", "nasin lon sewi telo", "nasin lon telo", but I'd don't recommend them given that "nasin sewi" is used for "religion", and "lon" is used mid-noun-phrase (which is mentioned in Ku, so it's possible?). Your "supa tawa telo" also seems to use a preposition ("tawa") mid-noun-phrase. I think with "lipu ku" and "lipu ku - pona ante" your sentence is good, but I'd suggest trying "nasin pi noka sewi" for "bridge" (way with elevated foundation").
