Sounds a bit unnatural, though I cannot check correspondence to the German and Esperanto variants.
In Russian, it is worth changing in one of the following ways:
1) Я перевёл этот текст не сам. - The translation was done, but I needed help with it.
2) Я не смог перевести этот текст самостоятельно. - I could not do the translation without help.

Thank you very much!

Thank you very much! But how you would express: It wasn't me who has done the translation / who has translated this?

Hе я перевёл этот текст. (?)

It wasn't me who translated the text. = Этот текст перевела/перевёл не я.
But it's quite a different sentence. It means the speaker didn't participate at all.

Hе я перевёл этот текст. (?) is also fine. I posted my comment withou seeing this suggestion.

It means the speaker didn't participate at all. - That's the bitter truth. :)
