לשייט ייקרא "לשַיֵט".
שיט - כמו זית, בית וכו'.

את השַיִט ניקדתי שלא ייראה שִיט

כתבתי שהמילה "אניה" נראית לי בכתיב חסר מדי. אבל שכחתי שאתה נוהג לכתוב בכתיב חסר (כמעט שלא הערתי עד עכשיו בעניין הפיכה מכתיב חסר לכתיב מלא).
המילה כתובה נכון על פי המילון, אבל לא על פי חוקי הכתיב המלא. לא חשוב, תתעלם מההערה שלי. כל אחד מאתנו כותב אחרת מבחינת כללי הכתיב (אני נוהג על פי כללי הכתיב המלא).
