נראה לך שגם המשפט השני נכון? אני מעדיף את המשפט שלך, אבל נראה לי שאפשר גם "ללא זכות חנינה", כמו שכתבתי. מה דעתך?

פארול זה שחרור על תנאי, לא חנינה
שנית בחוק אין לשופט סמכות לפסוק שלא תתאפשר חנינה
יש לכאורה חוסר משמעות לנכות שלש ממאסר עולם, אבל גם זה פתיר כי בארץ לפחות קוצבים מספר שנים סופי.
אז אני בעד התרגומים שלי
