maybe

Mi -> min

?

Tu esperanto es mejor que le mio, pero no se porque es el objeto no lleva -n.

With your permission, I'll explain in English, (rather than in Spanish or in Esperanto):

In the sentence above, we don't have a transitive verb, so there is no need for an "akuzativo". There is also no direction, so, again, we do not need to add the "-n" that shows direction (as in: "rigardu supren!", "Li iris suben").

"kun mi", "kontraŭ mi"- in both cases, what we have here are simple prepositions; we usually don't add the accusative after a preposition.

Espero que mi explicación te da claridad.
