Ich habe gedacht dass Dolmetscheren (interpretistoj) und Übersetzer (tradukistoj) sind verscheidene Stellungen.
Ist das richtig?

Das ist richtig. Dolmetscher und Übersetzer sind verschiedene Berufe.
"Übersetzer" (als offizielle Beruf) bezieht sich auf schriftliches Übersetzen.
Ein Dolmetscher (buŝtradukisto) übersetzt mündlich.
Der Oberbegriff für Übersetzer und Dolmetscher ist "Sprachmittler".

Beim Dolmetschen wird zwischen Simultan-und Konsekutivdolmetschen unterschieden.

Übrigens:
Dolmetscher ist eines der wenigen ungarischen Lehnwörter im Deutschen (tolmács). Das Ungarische selbst hat das Wort aus dem Türkischen entlehnt (dilmaç, heute jedoch tercüman).[1] Vergleichbare Wortformen zeigen das Serbische/Kroatische/Bosnische (тумач/tumač), das Polnische (tłumacz), das Tschechische (tlumočník) und das Russische (толмач).
