I suppose it should also be ‘save’ (with a lowercase s) since it’s all written in a single line here.
Can we put it in two lines?
On another website I found it like this:
"For nothing this wide universe I call,
Save thou, my rose, in it thou art my all."
I would suggest entering it as a normal sentence and give in a comment how it is arranged in lines. That’s what I always do with German literature quotations.
