Hi, El! Yes, there are many ways to render it, but this one is the most natural.

Let's try:

=> You can go to the station by bus.
Você pode ir à estação COM um ônibus.
Você pode ir à estação POR MEIO DE um ônibus.
Você pode ir à estação UTILIZANDO um ônibus.
Você pode ir à estação PEGANDO um ônibus.

Exactly, and it means both "You can go to the station by bus" and "You can go to the bus station".
