We have 2 different sentences in English which should be split in different groups 1/What's he hiding and What is he hiding, and 2/What are you hiding. The verb tenses are not the same in both groups. If things stay like they are now, we are creating confusion and translation mistakes for the people about the exact equivalence between the two clusters of sentences.

Maybe at the original sentence in English (CK) is the best stage just because we can see the complete list of all translated sentences. The only chosen point who shows 3 English and 3 Spanish sentences together is CK's phrase.
