hayastan, I agree. I would recommend using the @change tag in a situation like this, so your comment would read:

@change leído :)

@Alan I don't completely agree, if someone comes and doesn't know what "change" means, or in cases like this one in which the next word means "read" it could provoke a misunderstanding that would be avoided if the comment just included the word that had to be changed. I usually add a * after the correction, or the old form and the correct form separated by an arrow (in this case, leido -> leído).

In case you want to add the "@change" tag and you're not an advanced contributor, I'd rather separate it so that it looked like this:

@change

leido -> leído

Shishir, I agree that putting the "@change" flag on a separate line and using an arrow or asterisk would help make things clearer, especially in this case.
