I don't think that this is the correct translation of the Arabic sentence. The English translation of the Arabic one is talking about ''she''; moreover, contributor asuman doesn't know the meaning of ''to leave'' for this situation.

I'm waiting for Eldad, who knows both Arabic and Turkish, to confirm this sentence.

I believe that the Turkish variant is not an accurate translation of the Arabic.

First, let me address the pronoun: غادرت could mean all of the following: "I left", "you left" and "she left". So, if you don't see any other variant in other languages, you could translate it into Turkish as referring to "I".

The meaning of the Arabic is: "I/She left for America the day before yesterday", while the Turkish reads (if I'm not mistaken):

I returned from America the day before yesterday.
