Ибо "и ты есть оно" ~ "you are that, too", тогда как "ты и есть оно" ~ "this is you who you are that".

this is you who you are that вынесло мозг)) что-то нечисто.

Ровно так же и "Тат твам аси" ~ "то ты есть" выносит мозг. :-)

Maybe in the heat of haste I was completely wrong about the meaning of "оно", but if so, you have to forgive me: I've allready told you: I'm only a stupid foreigner. ;-)

Right, it is more or less what the sentence implies, once dispensed with the "esoterica".

But if you begin the Russian translation with "и ты", the original should somewhere imply "ты тоже", which (тоже) is not the case in this cluster of phrases.

As for the оно - as Vedas demand, it sounds mystifying and all-embracing, you probably did the right thing feeling confusion))

That's why we can hear the following dialogue often:
- Как оно ничего?
- Да, ничего, вроде.

And maybe you and sharptoothed wanted to tell me that "и ты" and "ты и" both have the same meaning. Is this the case?

No, precisely the opposite: и ты means "ты тоже" (you also), while the second should be understood и+есть. и there is a kind of modal particle, often not translated, added purely for dynamics and phonetic elegance.

Ты есть sounds for me like the beginning of Ты есть будешь?
