בדקתי קצת את הנושא (כי כתבתי את המילה בהתחלה באות קטנה), וגיליתי שמקובל לכתוב אותה, בתור "כדור הארץ", באות גדולה.
אני מניח שאם דוברי אנגלית ילידיים יחלקו עליי, תגיע הערה בקרוב בעניין הזה.

I changed it to lowercase, as I wrote before. I feel more natural with "earth".
Yes, "Earth" is a little more elevated, and also somewhat more old-fashioned in style. However, if other planets were being mentioned in the same context, their names would be capitalized, so it would make sense to capitalize "Earth", too.
Yes, I know; actually, this was what made me capitalize "earth". But as we usually write this word non-capitalized, I felt I had to revert to that.
