Walle, he corregido la frase en portugués. "O senhor" y "a senhora" también significan "usted".

En español en algunos casos de cortesia tambien se utiliza una formula parecida.

"El señor desea más café"
"El señor ya tiene lista su habitación"

Es poco comun y se usaria en el servicio de un lugar muy formal. Un hotel lujoso o una sirvienta en un sitio lujoso.
Es poco usado.

Tal vez en esta caso no pega mucho, intentaré cambiarlo.
