"History" -> "history"
"The more languages you know" -> "However many languages you know"
or for a more drastic rewrite to produce a smoother result:
"The more languages you know, that many times you're a person" ->
"You are a person for every language you know"
or
"The more languages you know, the more you are a person"
I don't see any sequences of multiple spaces, either when I perform an SQL query or when I view page source. In fact, I would be surprised to see them, since a while ago, I added code to collapse each sequence into a single space when a sentence was saved. I also wrote a script to do this in the existing sentences. What leads you to think that there are extra spaces in these sentences? Where are you looking?
25_languages___are_disappearing_
Between "languages" and "are".
I can send you a screen shot of how the exported data looks in my text editor, if you need it.
I downloaded the sentences and do not see the problem in my CSV file. I sent you an e-mail with a screenshot of a text editor showing the relevant part of the CSV file. If you see something different, please respond to that e-mail and send me a screenshot if necessary.
> languages are
Between "languages" and "are", there are two zero-width spaces after a normal space.

Yes, I figured that out with a hex editor plugin. Thanks.
I've modified a ticket to refer to this problem: https://github.com/Tatoeba/tatoeba2/issues/643
Fixed.
