Then you don't know French, because this "là" actually means "ici", believe it or not...

the turkish sentence is not directly linked to the french one, so it doesn't matter.

The Turkish is indeed "there" rather than "here". It was rendered from French, "là".
Could the French be rendered both as "there" and "here", by two separate variants?
I.e., does "là" function both as "here" and "there"?

Oui. On n'utilise "ici" que par opposition à "là", la plupart du temps.
Mais là (!) il n'y a pas d'opposition.

Je suis là = I'm here.

I don't even see Turkish, I view only the languages I'm interested in.

If somebody mistakenly mistranslated this French sentence, then you should comment their translation, not mine.
My French translation of the English is correct, and that's that.

You can tell the order of translation by viewing the logs on the right.

Now it is perfectly normal that a retranslatiin doesn't match the original. That's how languages work : they don't quite match.
