I suggest removing the comma. It will mean that there'll be two question marks.

And what about the apartment? Will Puskin pay for it?

That really breaks the spirit of the original SINGLE sentence, I find...
Could you perhaps think of something that wouldn't divide one sentence into two?

I'm trying to convey also the "A" at the beginning. This is why I added "well". But maybe there's a better solution.
