Hasta, kadına baktı. (The sick woman/man looked at the woman.)

They all are different. Could you get? :))

First one, there is a sick woman who was looked by somebody.

Second one, there is a sick person (woman or man) who looked to another woman.

The comma is what makes the whole difference in many Turkish sentences.

Since we mention it, how could:
Milyoner fakir olarak doğdu.
be interpreted?

It doesn't mean "A poor millionaire was born", does it?

This should be:
Fakir bir milyoner doğdu.

If you said "a poor millionaire was born", yeah.
Fakir bir milyoner doğdu.

"A poor was born as a poor."
Milyoner, fakir olarak doğdu.

If I understood this sentence well. :)
