No. We use commas to group digits. I'm pretty sure it's the same in the US and UK.

What I mean is we write $15,000 to mean fifteen thousand dollars. We use periods to mark the fraction: 3.14.... So 15.000 euros should be 15,000 in English.

The translations are all over the place though...

Chinese says "return trip". Russian says "travel expenses". Indirect French says "round trip".
